Even the simplest system can be daunting when it's new. If you're new to the system see Get Started for the essential user guides and consider attending our training days for fast track to getting up and running quickly.

If you're looking for an answer to a specific question... 

  1. Search the site - Type the topic into the search box at the top of the page to find information across the whole site.
  2. Browse Help - Try browsing the official help forums if you're looking for help on a specific topic
  3. Community Forums - If you still can't find the answer, for the quickest response, submit your question to the Insight user community, and why not answer someone else's post while you're there.
  4. Submit a Request - If you can't find the answer you're looking for, use our support request form to submit a question or bug report to our technical support department.
To suggest a new feature idea visit the feature request forum. As you type your feature request you'll see other feature requests that possibly matches yours. If this is the case don't submit a duplicate request but instead add your approval to their request, to gain more momentum.

Support Billing

We provide Pay As You Go (PAYG) support to all customers. Customers are billed at our hourly rate, but enjoy the benefit of only being billed for minutes that you use each month. In addition, this only applies to issues that exceed our easily accessible "Free Five" support policy, which provides the first five minutes of any support case without cost. (Author: )
